I hope everyone is managing through this weather. I know the cold has been getting to us down in Melbourne this week, despite the awful heat in other parts of the world. Truly a time of extremes.
This week we have an announcement to make! A scavenger hunt has started at the Museum!
With thanks to Dr Adelaide Simons – our wonderful and hardworking Museum staff have hidden six snippets of an interview in various locations around our little Museum. Find them all, and we’ll release the full interview audio!
In the interview, Dr Simons talks about her arrival at the dig site, a little bit about the history of the Bronze Age Aegean and her theories about Eurymachia, and a couple of other questions that you’re going to have to find all the snippets to find out about.

Speaking of the Discord, our visitors are still working on the Linear B translations – we have some leads so far, but if anyone has an interest in languages, I’m sure they could use a hand! And of course, bring your own questions about any of the artefacts. There are still so many secrets to discover.
